At Celira, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Every order is handled with utmost care and shipped through our trusted third-party logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and other reputed courier services across India.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a specified order value (if applicable, to be mentioned on the product page).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to COD or low-value orders as displayed during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking link provided via email or WhatsApp.

  • If there are any delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, our team will keep you informed.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-acceptance, we will attempt to contact you for re-shipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. International Shipping

  • At present, Celira delivers only within India.

  • We are working to expand our shipping network globally soon.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears to be tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept it from the delivery agent.

  • Immediately contact us at contact@celira.in with the order details and images for quick resolution.
