At Celira, each jewellery piece is prepared and packaged with great care to ensure a premium experience for every customer. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have a simple and transparent cancellation policy outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel your order, please email us at contact@celira.in or WhatsApp our customer support with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- Once we confirm that the product has not been shipped, your cancellation will be processed and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance after receiving the item.
3. Cancellation by Celira
Celira reserves the right to cancel or delay any order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment issues or incomplete transaction details.
- Delivery service unavailable at the customer’s location.
- Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions.
In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will appear in the same payment method used during purchase.
